ACIS
qualifications are basic or intermediate and require at least two years of
experience with relevant technologies. One of those years must involve direct
work with some Avaya special products. The ACIS integration tables focus on
installation, configuration, configuration verification, bootstrap and
troubleshooting. The ACIS implementation tables also focus on installation, but
on validation, tests and so on on installation itself.
Higher
ACSS qualifications require at least four years of experience, with two years
of direct support for some of Avaya's unique products. These rankings also fall
into two fields (this time, solution and support), recognizing professionals
who really know the architecture of the Avaya product, such as components,
features and functions.
The
ACSS solution tables provide acceptance testing, call flows, commissioning and
product planning, troubleshooting of product integration problems and log
analysis. ACSS support tables include installation, testing, validation,
administration and troubleshooting of the product, especially advanced
configurations.
